Birth Doula
My role as part of your birth team is to give you and your other support person/people the tools you need to succeed in your birth goals, whatever those may be, and support you during your beautiful birth.
Placenta Encapsulation
By picking up your placenta after birth and the processing it into capsules, you’ll have placenta pills that will help you recover quicker so you can have a better postpartum transition.
Postpartum Doula
As I tend to you and your baby during the blur of the postpartum transition with education and taking some tasks off of your plate, you and your loved ones are able to rest, shower, make memories with other children, or whatever helps you feel empowered and supported.
Childbirth Education
Join me virtually or in-person to discuss pregnancy, stages of labor, advocacy and planning, movement and comfort techniques, anatomy and physiology, postpartum recovery, infant feeding, newborn care, mental health, community resources, and more.
Photography
Helping capture the fleeting moments of those special times in your life through maternity, birth, and postpartum/newborn photos.
Lactation Support
Offering one-on-one preparation and timely conversations after baby is born to help you reach your feeding goals, with these services provided either by myself or a local IBCLC.
Birth Plan Creation
Meet virtually to weigh pros and cons, discuss possible options, interventions, and preferences and turn it into a custom birth plan that’s tried and true and sure to state your goals clearly.
Belly Binding
A Bengkung style of wrapping the belly after baby is born to help encourage your muscles, tissues, and organs to heal and reposition quicker, aiding in your postpartum recovery.
